Discovery & Kickoff
After our discovery call to ensure we are on the same page, you'll complete a project questionnaire and set up a kickoff call to discuss your project in detail.

Design & Strategy
We’ll use your questionnaire responses to conduct market research and develop strategic mockups for your branding and website designs.

Development & Finalization
Once your designs are approved, we finalize everything. Your Brand Guidelines will be created, and your Branding file will be completed. This is also when we develop your website.

Project Kickoff & Aftersupport
Your project is ready! We will review your materials together. If it's a website, we’ll have a call to hand it off and familiarize you with the backend.

FAQ

  • Nope! The packages are there for those who need it, and give a bit of a discount for bulk items. If you need a custom order, you can fill out the form on the contact page and leave the “package” section empty.

  • Yes! We can do bi-weekly and monthly payment plans by splitting the payments into 2, 4, or 6 payments. The first payment is due upon signing the contract and proposal and the next will be due in 2-4 weeks.

  • I am able to refund 50% of the retainer payment if it is requested within 2 days of the initial booking. I do not fully refund the retainer as I work pretty exclusively with clients, or at most overlap 2 clients during some duration of your project. To do this, I book clients monthly. Once you’re booked, my time is blocked out and others cannot book at that time. If you decide to cancel, this time that was blocked for you may not be filled by another client.
